[1]The claim is dismissed.REASONS
[1]This was a claim for unauthorised deduction of wages, holiday pay and notice pay and this hearing was listed to determine what sums – if any – were payable.[2]The claim form has not been served, because there was an incorrect address for service. The Claimant was asked on 7 November 2019 to provide an alternative address, but did not do so. However, a Companies House search shows that the Respondent is in liquidation.[3]In any event, the Claimant did not attend today and did not inform the Tribunal why she would not be doing so. In those circumstances and in the absence of any evidence to prove her claims (putting to one side any issues over the Respondent’s insolvency), the claim is dismissed.
