REASONS
[1]By a Deposit Order of Employment Judge Morton dated 14 May 2018, the claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £1000 as a condition of being permitted to pursue his claim of race discrimination against the respondent.[2]The claimant was to pay the deposit no later than 28 days from the date of the said order, failing which, the claim would be struck out.[3]The claimant has failed to pay the said deposit by the specified date or at all.[4]The claim is accordingly struck out. .................................................
