JUDGMENT
The claimant’s claim for unpaid annual leave outstanding on the termination of her employment succeeds. The respondent is to pay to the claimant £3429.12 subject to the deduction of income tax and national insurance. The respondent indicated that it wished to make further submissions by way of a request for reconsideration of the decision. If they wish to do so this must be by 8 July 2022. In the event that no such submissions are made, the judgment stands and is immediately payable to the claimant.
