JUDGMENT

[1]The Claims against Respondents 1, 2 and 3 in Claim no.2303539/2023 are dismissed pursuant to Rule 12 (1) (c) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 in that ACAS Early Conciliation has not taken place in respect of those Respondents.

[2]Claim no. 2303897/2023 is dismissed as it is identical to Claim No. 2303918/2023, save that it did not have any particulars of claim attached. The Claimant’s claim can properly proceed via 2303539/2023 and 2303918/2023 only.
