Z C Astell v True Love Never Dies Ltd: 2303532/2023
JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was brought out of time.[2]The Tribunal grants the Claimant an extension of time to present the claim on the grounds that it was not reasonably practicable for the claim to be presented in time, and it was presented within a reasonable period. Accordingly, the claim may proceed.[3]The claim in respect of holiday pay is well-founded. The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant in accordance with regulation 14(2) of the Working Time Regulations 1998. The respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £475.78.
