JUDGMENT

[1]Upon the Respondent’s admission that the Claimant was unfairly dismissed, by consent the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the compensation in the sum of £5,526.36.[2]The Respondent breached the Claimant’s contract of employment by failing to give notice of termination or compensate the Claimant in lieu. By consent, the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £3,827.04.[3]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant for accrued but untaken holiday outstanding on the termination of her employment.
