JUDGMENT
(1) The claim for ordinary unfair dismissal against the first respondent is dismissed upon the claimant’s withdrawal of the same.(2) The claim for detriment against the second respondent for the making of protected disclosures is struck out as the claim was not presented in time pursuant to S.48 ERA 1996.. Reasons were given at the time and written reasons will not be provided unless they are asked for by a written request presented by any party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision
