Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has failed to pay the Claimant holiday pay outstanding on termination of employment in breach of Regulation 14(2) Working Time Regulations 1998 and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £133.31.[2]The Respondent failed to permit the Claimant to be accompanied at a hearing on 11 May 2018 in breach of section 10 Employment Relations Act 1999 (the “Act”). She is accordingly entitled under section 11(3) of the Act to compensation of two weeks’ pay amounting to £792.04. .
