[1]Upon withdrawal by the Claimant on the 8th April 2019, the claim for holiday pay is dismissed[2]The complaint of Race Discrimination is struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £200.00 not later than 21 days from the date the Order is sent in respect of his claim of race discrimination following a preliminary hearing held on 22 February 2019. The Order was sent to the claimant on 9 March 2019. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of Race Discrimination is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 20/01/2020 will not take place.
