JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed as the claimant was not an employee, nor was she employed for two years and the tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the claim.[2]The claim for unfair dismissal as result of making a protected disclosure is dismissed as the claimant was not a “worker” and the tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the claim.[3]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages against Mr Onwuachi is dismissed. The claimant accepts that he was not her “employer” and the tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the claim.[4]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages against Greenwich Engineering and Medical School is dismissed as the claimant was neither an employee or a “worker” and the tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the claim. ………………………………………………………….
