JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s application that the Claimant’s unfair dismissal claim should be struck out under Rule 37(1)(b) is refused.[2]At material times the Claimant was ordinarily resident in both France and Great Britain and the Tribunal has jurisdiction to consider his unfair dismissal claim.[3]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s claim for unlawful deductions from wages. His claim for holiday pay and suspension will proceed as a claim for breach of contract.
