Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £62,595.82 gross in respect of unpaid salary between August 2018 and May 2019 (£1442.30 per week x 43.4 weeks).[2]The claim for 0.83% share in the equity of the Respondent was not well-founded and was dismissed (no evidence that there was a contractual term to that effect).[3]The sex discrimination complaint was dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[4]The Claimant confirmed that she had made no claim for notice pay.[5]As there are no remaining complaints to be determined, no further hearing date has been listed.
