JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unlawful deduction from the wages of the Claimant and he is awarded a sum of £524.97 gross.[2]The sum referred to in paragraph 1 represents pay for 28 additional hours worked and for one day’s (8 hours) pay on the last day of work, calculated at the rate of £14.58 per hour.[3]The Claimant is awarded pay for 1.8 days accrued annual leave amounting to £209.99 gross.[4]The Claimant is awarded damages for breach of contract in the amount of £583.30 gross relating to one weeks’ notice pay.[5]The total sum awarded to the Claimant is £1318.26
