[1]The claim for unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent must pay the claimant the sum of £2,946.76 (gross).[2]The claim for holiday pay is well-founded. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £182.88 (gross) in respect of holiday accrued but not taken or paid on termination of employment.[3]The claim for notice pay is well-founded. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £114.30 (gross).[4]The complaint of a failure to provide itemised pay statements is wellfounded.
