[1]The correct name of the Respondent is Ivy League Nursery Ltd;[2]The Respondent’s application under rule 20 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 is granted and its response to the claim is accepted;[3]The Claimant is entitled to receive a statutory redundancy payment from the Respondent in the sum of £706.32 and the Respondent is ordered to pay that sum to the Claimant; and 4. the Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages is unsuccessful and is dismissed.
