[1]The Respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the Claimant without full pay for the period of notice to which he was entitled. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages of £905.[2]The Respondent was in breach of contract by failing to pay the Claimant’s expenses. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages of £624.36[3]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages by failing to pay the Claimant full pay for the two week period he worked in June 2020. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £452.00, being the sum unlawfully deducted.
