Employment Judge CorriganDate 24 May 2019

JUDGMENT

The Claimant’s claim is struck out as it has not been actively pursued.

REASONS

This is the second Preliminary Hearing which the Claimant has not attended. On 13 May 2019 the Claimant was warned Employment Judge Morton was considering striking out her claim as there is no evidence the Claimant has complied with the Case Management Orders dated 14 January 2019. She was given until 20 May 2019 to respond. No response was received. She was also warned that in the absence of a response her claim might be struck out today under rule 37 Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure. This warning was repeated on 22 May 2019 by Employment Judge Hyde. There has still been no response and the Claimant did not attend the hearing.
