JUDGMENT
[1]The preliminary case management hearing listed for today is, subject to Rule 48 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure 2024, converted to a final hearing, the Tribunal being properly constituted and satisfied that no party is materially prejudiced by the change.[2]The Claimants’ complaints under s.189 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (‘the Act’) of a failure by the First Respondent to comply with the requirements of s.188 of the Act are wellfounded.[3]By way of protective award under s.189(3) of the Act, the First Respondent shall pay to the Claimants listed below remuneration for the period of ninety days beginning on 17 January 2025.
