[1]The Claimant was notified in accordance with rule 37(2) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 on 6 December 2018 of the proposal to make this judgment.[2]The Claimant has not provided any representations as to why this judgment should not be made by the Tribunal nor has a request been made that there be a hearing to consider the proposed judgment.[3]In the judgment of the Tribunal the claim has not been actively pursued and also that the Claimant has not complied with orders of the Tribunal dated 7 March 2018.
