REASONS

There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked, because the text messages the Claimant has now produced from a former work colleague as to a comment allegedly made are insufficient to change the Tribunal’s findings. At the hearing, the Respondent denied that the comment was made. The former work colleague did not attend the Tribunal hearing to give evidence.
