JUDGMENT
Whereas by a Judgment of the Tribunal dated 18 November 2016 a protective award was made under the provisions of section 189 Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 and the First Respondent was ordered to pay remuneration for the period of 90 days from 5 August 2015 to those Claimants as set out in the Judgment; And whereas by an Order of the Employment Appeal Tribunal sealed on 30 May 2018 it was ordered (inter alia) that the judgment of this Tribunal be amended to substitute a period of 60 days for 90 days in respect of those Claimants listed in Schedule 2 to this Judgment; And whereas those Claimants listed in Schedule 1 to this Judgment and the Respondents have agreed as set out below Now it is the judgment of the Tribunal as follows:[1]Pursuant to the Order of the Employment Appeal Tribunal sealed on 30 May 2018 the judgment of this Tribunal dated 18 November 2016 is amended to substitute a period of 60 days for 90 days in respect of those Claimants listed in Schedule 2 to this Judgment[2]By the consent of the Claimants listed in Schedule 1 to this judgment and of the Respondents a protective award is made and the First Respondent is ordered to pay to those Claimants remuneration for the period of 60 days from 5 August 2015.
