The sum of £1800.00 gross representing commission 2. The Claimant is entitled to payment for 8 days accrued but untaken holiday amounting to £553.84 gross 3. The Claimant is entitled to damages for breach of contract in relation to 4 weeks’ notice pay and she is awarded £1500.00 gross 4. The total sum awarded to the Claimant is £5353.84 5. The tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the claim for unpaid pension contributions and this claim is dismissed.Respondent
