Mr C Woolgar v Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police: 2303161/2022
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 16 October 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because it it is no longer possible to have a fair hearing of the claim as it has not been actively pursued, in particular having regard to the claimant’s non-attendance at the previous Hearing and the non-provision of further particulars of the claim.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing.[3]In pursuance of the foregoing, it is considered proportionate to strike out the claim.
