[1]All of the proceedings are dismissed.[2]The complaints of unfair dismissal and detrimental treatment and/or dismissal for making a protected disclosure were presented after the applicable time limit .It was reasonably practicable for the complaint to have been submitted in time, there is no reason to extend the time limit and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.[3]The complaint of race discrimination was presented after the applicable time limit, it is not just and equitable to extend the time limit and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.
