[1]The claims of unpaid wages and holiday pay are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The claims of direct race discrimination arising out of events on 9 & 10 May 2017 and the claim of harassment arising out of events on 10 May 2017, all made against the second respondent, were submitted out of time and are dismissed. All remaining claims are either in time or, where not, it is just and equitable to extend time to allow them to proceed.
