[1]The claims of unpaid wages and holiday pay are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The claims of direct race discrimination arising out of events on 9 & 10 May 2017 and the claim of harassment arising out of events on 10 May 2017, all made against the second respondent, were submitted out of time and are dismissed.
