The sum of £1500.00 gross representing commission 2. The Claimant is entitled to payment for 3.5 days accrued but untaken holiday amounting to £296.17 gross 3. The Claimant is entitled to damages for breach of contract in relation to 6 weeks’ notice pay and she is awarded £2538.48 gross 4. The total sum awarded to the Claimant is £6167.98 5. The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the claim for unpaid pension contributions and this claim is dismissed. 6. The hearing listed for 6 June 2020 is vacated.Respondent
