JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s Response is struck out pursuant to Rule 37 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[2]The Claimant’s claims of direct discrimination, harassment and victimisation are successful.[3]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £48,110, which comprises a sum in respect of injury to feelings of £15,000 with interest of £2,460.92, loss of earnings of £27,155.30; unpaid wages of £694.40; annual leave pay of £1,306.38 and a sum for a failure to provide particulars of employment of £1,493.
