The claims are struck out and dismissed in their entirety. The hearing on 25 February 2020 is vacated.REASONS
[1]On 17 December 2019 an Order was made by Regional Employment Judge Davies. That Order stated that unless the claimant took certain steps on or before 3 February 2020, his claims would be dismissed without further order. That Order was sent to the claimant on 8 January 2020 by email.[2]The claimant did not comply with that Order nor has contacted the Tribunal since.[3]Accordingly it is appropriate for his claims to now be struck out.
