The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 04/03/2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• it has not been actively pursued.[2]By a further letter dated 14/03/2022 the Tribunal ordered the claimant to write to the Tribunal on or before 19/03/2022 to explain her failure to respond to the respondent’s requests for information or the strike-out warning letter of 04/03/2022. She was warned that failure to comply with the order could result in the claim being struck out for failing to actively pursue it.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why the claim should not be struck out or to request a hearing, or to correspond with the Tribunal at all since 04/03/2022. The claim is therefore struck out.[4]The hearing fixed for 04/04/2022 will not take place.
