REASONS
[1]The claimant relied on an email dated 9 July 2019 to show what she should have been paid but was not in a position to specify the amount of any underpayment due to her. Mr S Dinsa, a witness for the respondent, was in a position to explain the various payments to the claimant, as he had done in his witness statement, he sought to do so informally in time provided by the Tribunal. The respondent acknowledged that their payroll system had not been operating properly over the relevant period.[2]The claimant intimated that she was prepared to withdraw her claim. She accepted the undertaking by the respondent that they will co-operate with her to show her that the payments that they have made to her are correct and, if they are not correct, will correct them.[3]In these circumstances, the Tribunal made the foregoing Order.
