Under the provisions of Rule 69 this judgment dated 22 November 2019 is now corrected to show the case number stated in the top right hand corner.[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £3,907.18[2]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with itemised pay statements contrary to section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 during the following periods of the Claimant’s employment:a. May 2017 to end February 2018b. 16 June 2018 to 12 November 2018c. 22 February 2019 to 24 April 2019REASONS
