JUDGMENT

It is the unanimous decision of the Tribunal that:[1]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim of victimisation relating to alleged detriments falling on or before 25 February 2020 was presented outside the statutory time limit.[3]The Claimant’s dismissal was not victimisation under section 27 of the Equality Act 2020.[4]The Claimant’s victimisation claim is dismissed.
