JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s name is amended from “Special Care Dental Surgery” to “Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust”.[2]The Claimant was not an employee of the Respondent for the purposes of section 230 Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The Claimant’s complaint that they were unfairly dismissed is not well founded and is therefore dismissed.[4]The Claimant’s claim for redundancy pay is not well founded and is therefore dismissed.[5]The Claimant has no remaining claims against the Respondent in these proceedings.
