JUDGMENT
[1]The First Respondent was dissolved on 16 July 2019 and is dismissed from these proceedings[2]The Third Respondent is a trading name for the First Respondent and the Third Respondent is accordingly dismissed from proceedings.[3]The Claimant’s public interest disclosure claim is dismissed upon withdrawal.[4]By consent it is ordered that the Second Respondent will pay to the Claimant the sum of £264.52 in settlement of her claims under this case number.[5]The Second Respondent concedes that the Claimant’s employment transferred from the First Respondent to the Second Respondent under the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations 2006 and that for statutory purposes the Claimant’s continuous employment commenced on 26 November 2017.
