JUDGMENT

The complaint of Discrimination on the grounds of Disability is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By an Order sent on 03 October 2023, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing as to why her complaint of Discrimination on the grounds of Disability should not be struck out because: the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal sent on 03 October 2023.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of Discrimination on the grounds of Disability is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims will be listed, and a Notice of Hearing will be sent in due course. ________________________ Employment Judge McLaren Date: 14 May 2024 Case Number: 2303018/2023 EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Mr N Ijezie Respondent: Nuffield Health[1]By a letter dated 20 November 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
