JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unpaid holiday pay is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the period November 2022 to 30 April 2023.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £38,621.81 (net). The Respondent has already accounted for all tax and National Insurance.[4]The respondent shall also pay the claimant £3,260 to compensate the claimant for financial loss attributable to the unauthorised deduction.
