I have been instructed to deal with this by Acting Regional Judge Martin in the absence of Judge Wallis. Whilst it is in the interests of justice to extend the time limit in order to accept the application for reconsideration, there is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked, because: The claimant is seeking a reconsideration of the judgment on the basis of the operation of the social security laws and/or the operation of the Employment Protection (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996 both of which are not within the jurisdiction of the Employment Tribunal.
