JUDGMENT
[1]The time for presenting the unfair dismissal and holiday pay claim is extended to the 29 July 2019 as it was not reasonably practicable to present these within the primary statutory time limit.[2]The time for presenting the disability discrimination claims in respect of alleged acts of discrimination occurring on or after 22 January 2019 is extended to 29 July 2019 on just and equitable grounds.[3]The discrimination complaint relating to alleged acts on 17.9.18, 10.10.18 and 6.1.19 are dismissed as they are out of time.
