It is the unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal that:(a) The claim of failing to make a reasonable adjustment by providing the claimant with an orthopaedic chair is well founded and succeed.(b) The remaining claims of failing to make a reasonable adjustment fail and are dismissed.(c) The claims of victimisation fail and are dismissed.(d) The claims of unfavourable treatment because of something arising in consequence of disability fail and are dismissed.(e) The claimant is awarded the sum of £1500 by way of injury to feelings on claim (a) above, together with interest of £515.84.
