JUDGMENT
[1]Under section 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 it is determined that the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2233 net.[2]The respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the claimant without paying notice to which she was entitled to and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2150.40 net.[3]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction of wages by failing to pay her wages for February 2024, and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2150.40 net. Case No. 2302962/2024 2[4]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction of wages by deducting the claimant’s pension contributions and failing to pay these contributions into the pension scheme and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2140.80 net.[5]The respondent failed to pay accrued holiday pay in the leave year leading up to the claimant’s dismissal amounting to 3 days and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £298 net.
