The Claimant’s claim is dismissed.REASONS
[1]By her claim presented on 17 October 2017. The claimant alleged she had been 2 by his response presented on 8 December 2017 the respondent contended that following a recent small payment. The claimant was not owed any wages.[3]These are the claimant nor the respondent have attended the hearing today. I concluded it was in the interests of justice to continue with the hearing in their absence. I read the claim and the response.[4]The case of this nature. The onus is on the claimant to establish that she has not been paid sums to which he was contractually entitled. The tribunal. There is no evidence that she is owed any wages. She has failed to establish, on the balance of probabilities, that she is entitled to any wages.[5]The claimant’s claim is not well founded and must be dismissed.
