JUDGMENT

The hearing has been a remote, hearing which was not objected to by the parties. The form of remote hearing was video by Cloud Video Platform (CVP). A face-to-face hearing was not held because it was not practicable because of the Covid-19 virus.[1]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction of wages is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract is allowed. The respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the claimant without notice.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £375 gross, being damages for the breach of contract.[5]The respondent is also ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £150 for 2 days accrued but untaken leave as at the date of termination. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February Case No: 2302949/2020(V)
