JUDGMENT

[1]By consent, the name of the First Respondent is amended to Goodfella Shirley Limited and the name of the Second Respondent is amended to Goodfella Beckenham Limited.[2]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed following its withdrawal at the hearing today by the Claimant.[3]Goodfella Shirley Limited made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages of £5752.30. Goodfella Shirley Limited is ordered to pay the Claimant that amount.[4]Goodfella Shirley Limited failed to pay the Claimant the amount due to her in respect of accrued but untaken leave under regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998.[5]Goodfella Beckenham Limited failed to pay the Claimant the amount due to her in respect of accrued but untaken leave under regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998.[6]Goodfella Shirley Limited is ordered to pay the Claimant the agreed sum of £852.80 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday pay.[7]Goodfella Beckenham Limited is ordered to pay the Claimant the agreed sum of £1220.80 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday pay.
