JUDGMENT
(1) The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is struck out on the basis that she does not have 2 years qualifying service and the Tribunal lacks jurisdiction to deal with it.(2) The Respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the Claimant without notice.(3) The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £7,500.00 gross, being damages for the breach of contract.(4) Rule 69: If the Respondent is able to do so, it must account to HMRC and if not, the Claimant is to account to HMRC.
