JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unfair dismissal is struck out for want of jurisdiction pursuant to section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 on the grounds the Claimant was employed for less than 2 years.[2]Upon the Claimant accepting the Respondent paid her £736.04 on 28th February 2023 in respect of annual leave accrued but not taken, thus conceding all pay due to her on termination of her employment in respect of holiday pay has been received, the claim in respect of holiday pay is dismissed.[3]The claim of unlawful deduction from wages fails and is dismissed.
