JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent’s name is London Underground Limited.[2]The complaint of constructive unfair dismissal is struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(a) because it has no reasonable prospect of success.[3]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s complaint of breach of contract because he remains in employment, it is therefore dismissed because the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine it.[4]The final hearing due to take place on 20 and 21 January 2025 is cancelled.
