JUDGMENT

[1]The unanimous judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claim of failure to make reasonable adjustments is well founded and succeeds.[2]The unanimous judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claim of victimisation is not well founded and does not succeed.[3]The unanimous judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claim of unfair dismissal as a result of constructive dismissal is not well founded and does not succeed.[4]The case is to be listed for a half day remedy hearing, on the first available date after 28 days from the promulgation of this judgment.[5]The Claimant is to submit any:(a) statement of injury to feelings; and/or(b) submissions on remedy: by 4pm on 8 December 2023.[6]The Respondent is to submit any reply by 4pm on 22 December 2023.
