The Respondent having not presented a response to the claims brought by the Claimant and having not attended the hearing today, it is the judgment of the Tribunal that:[1]The Respondent has acted in breach of contract and made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £6,831.86 made up as follows:a. Unpaid salary for May and June 2019 - 3,455.31b. Unpaid commissions for April, May and June 2019 - 1,288.76c. Unpaid pension contributions - 94.89d. Unpaid expenses - 69.80e. Unpaid notice pay (three weeks) - 2,019.24f. Unpaid annual leave - 403.86 Less payment received 500.00 Total due 6,831.86[2]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with a written statement of terms and conditions and is ordered to pay the sum of £2,100.00.[3]The Claimant is responsible for payment of tax and national insurance due on the above sums, if any. ………………………………………………
