JUDGMENT
[1]It is declared that the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages as follows:a. Between February 2019 and March 2022, as a result of paying him at the incorrect hourly rate, the sum of £2,711.39.b. Between March 2022 and October 2022, as a result of incorrectly deducting employee pension contributions, the sum of £159.94.[2]The Respondent has already paid the Claimant the sums deducted so no order is made for payment of those sums. By consent, there be no further remedy beyond the declaration.[3]The remaining complaints of unauthorised deductions from wages fail.[4]The complaints of age discrimination fail.
