JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s response to the Claimant’s claims for unauthorised deduction from wages and for notice pay is struck out on the basis that it has no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The Respondent’s response to the Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is struck out for non-compliance with tribunal orders.[3]Judgment is given in the Claimant’s favour on the above claims.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £2,000 gross in respect of his claim for unauthorised deduction from wages.[5]Remedy in respect of the notice pay and unfair dismissal claims will be the subject of a separate remedy hearing.
